In 1 Thessalonians 2:1-8, we see Paul is speaking as a defendant. He is defending himself and their ministry because the people are questioning his motives. Paul points to his suffering to bring validity to his message. As we look back on Acts 16 and 17, we that these men turned the world upside down by sharing the gospel. Can the same be said of us as Christians? It starts here in your world. Change your world with the gospel of Jesus Christ on your lips and in your life. To shrink back from declaring this Good News, defies the plan that God has placed on your life. Are you thinking about the legacy and the purpose you are leaving? When you get to the end of your life, what will be the difference that you make? Only what is done for Jesus will last. The gospel is at the center of everything we do here. We have been entrusted with it. We don’t need to wait any longer to start sharing.
