In the book of Colossians, Paul is writing a letter to the church of Colossae. Paul directs every bit of the attention to the head of the body, Jesus. Everything points back to Jesus. The three questions that must be asked are: (1) Are you in Christ?, (2) Are you allowing God to use us where He has placed us?, (3) Is God using you where He’s placed you? When a church body is in Christ and allows God to use them, then there are things to be careful of because the enemy wants to destroy what God is doing. A lost world is looking in and watching. Jesus was so passionate about protecting the fellowship. We have to be protective of the fellowship too.
