In Colossians 3:18-21, Paul tells the Colossians how to lead a home by husbands leading their wives, wives submitting to the authority of their husbands, and children obeying their parents. God knows how the family is supposed to function and operate because He created and designed the family. When a family is operating the way God designed it, then it is a reflection of who God is. God has called men to lead. God has placed men to be the head of the home. You start leading your home when you first start following Jesus.
