Yes, we can pivot and change at any point in our life, but I really do view this decade of our 20s as the building stage. It’s the building of our personal growth, our mindset, our health, but also our relationships and careers.

Many still believe that the goal of medication for mental illness is to 'zombify' the person taking it or to change who they are. Some even imply that those who take medication are just not trying hard enough to overcome their condition, that taking medication signifies weakness or an inability to work through tough times. 

In today’s episode, I’m accompanied by my good friend, Nicole. Nicole shares her story on taking medication for her anxiety, and despite any opinions, she takes matters into her own hands. Now, she is the most expressed version of herself. She did not let her mental struggle get in the way of her living her best life!

Whether the solution involves medication or not, do not let your mental disability/disabilities, get in the way of you living your amazing life. You are inherently worthy.

Our early 20s: We’re just figuring out who we are. We want to have fun, but we also want to be responsible. We want to set ourselves up for the rest of our lives! We want to leave the legacy we want leave and make the impact we want to make. It’s a confusing AND stressful time.

One of the hardest decisions we have to make is what we hold onto, and what we let go of. I think a lot of us can agree - relationships in our 20s can be tough. This can be romantic relationships, friendships, and even relations with family members. 

Today, I am joined by my lovely friend, Natalie Ludwig. Natalie is known for her food and fitness content, however, for those that know her personally, she’s someone that exudes light and love in all relationships she builds.
