Mid-Prairie Junior Laela Waddell lives with three different congenital diseases, with the worst one being Bilateral Microtia, which makes her partially deaf. So, she is asking her community to help fund her first step into independence, purchasing a service dog on today’s In Touch With Southeast Iowa Program.
