We are by nature RITUAL creatures. We form patterns of behavior, often unconsciously. Why? Rituals give us a sense of order, stability, and predictibility in a world that be chaotic. Ritual gives a sense of safety. The spiritual life is filled with rituals. They easily become ROUTINE- actions without thought, feeling, or meaning. This episode reflects on rituals and their proper place in our spiritual journey.
