There was a time not so long ago that I would never have said these words out loud in public, but that was then. These days, my focus is on living the best life I can, not on the imagined opinions of people I'll mostly never meet, who mostly couldn't care less. That it took me until now to get here just goes to show how ingrained old stories can be. Here's to a happy ending.
