This week Tiffany and Amanda were joined by the inaugural captain of the AFLW team the GWS Giants, Amanda Farrugia.
Amanda's AFL career began in 2011 with a Google search to find a local team. Despite a knee injury in 2012, she became a crucial player for Macquarie University, winning her first of three Mostyn Medals in 2015, awarded to the Best and Fairest Player of the AFL Sydney competition.
Amanda was drafted at pick number 64 in 2016 and made her debut for the GWS Giants in 2017. She has captained the team ever since, even placing second in the 2018 AFLPA Best Captain Award.
