Episode 4 -"INCIDENTAL" SURVEILLANCE OF AMERICANS EXPOSED! TRUMP PROVEN RIGHT!

In this episode, Vic Baker and Tony Ledbetter discuss the bombshell revelation from House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes that "incidental" surveillance by intelligence agencies included members of the Trump Presidential Transition team that was headquartered at Trump Tower in New York.  This surveillance was unrelated to Russia according to Nunes, and seems to directly contradict sworn testimony from FBI Director Comey and NSA Director Admiral Rogers that no such surveillance was conducted.  Nunes took evidence of this surveillance directly to President Trump, drawing howls of protest from Democrats who continue to insist it's all about Russia.

Vic & Tony also discuss the delay of a House vote on the Obamacare repeal & replace bill, due to objections from Freedom Caucus Republicans who want more of the expensive mandates removed.  It seems Republicans have discovered that the repeal of those mandates may be included in a reconciliation measure requiring only a simple majority in the Senate, because all of those provisions have budget impact. 

 Vic & Tony also discuss the feeble attempts of desperate Democrats to "bork" Supreme Court nominee Neil Gorsuch, who proved himself more than qualified to fulfill the legacy of the legendary Justice Antonin Scalia. Democrats are threatening a filibuster, which would trigger the "nuclear" option, killing filibusters of any future Supreme Court nominee.
