We discuss the aspects of putting individuals that are unqualified into positions where they do not belong. What does this mean for long term productivity and accomplishment? Does personal safety play a role? What do we need to do in order to bring back a system of merit? Also, what should the rules of engagement be? How far is too far in terms of blatant provocation? Should we be concerned about what the socialist camp countries posses in terms of military hardware that we see and that we do not see?
