As a published scholar-practitioner, Dr. Gerilyn Davis is an energetic HR executive who believes in inspiring change by guiding individuals and organizations to become more inclusive authentically. 
On the inclusion journey, Dr. Davis understands the challenges individuals and organizations face. Utilizing her signature SWORD Inclusion system, she wants individuals and organizations to know that the struggle is not required to foster inclusion. As a little girl, skiing was a dream; therefore, she moved to Colorado and went skiing for the first time in 2019, and the experience transformed her life. 
With over 18 years of lived experience, Inclusion on the slopes was born, a research-based consulting business. She is an ambitious, solution-focused leader who is ecstatic about Inclusion on the Slopes and eager to share the joy of inclusion.
