Shiluba is a qualified chartered accountant and the Managing Partner for Tshiamo Impact Partners - an impact investment and advisory firm establishing a Gender Lens Impact Fund. Tshiamo Impact currently manages allocations from two angel groupings (consisting of 50 African women) who invest using a gender lens. Together we’ll be unpacking impact investing and how investing in positive, results-driven social change still makes business sense.
