Increase experience. Practice your craft every day.

Increase your confidence in your own work by subjecting it to public scrutiny. 

Increase confidence by actively seeking criticism. 

You need to learn criticism is not a slight on your personality. It’s on your work. If your work is shit, it doesn’t make you shit. 

Even when you get better, you still need to seek out criticism to continue getting better. 

Network with other creatives. It’s easier than ever. Chat with them on Twitter. 

Never hide away. You’ll become scared of criticism and you’ll never become a confident creative.
