Do you ever read the stories in the Bible and instantly judge the characters for their mistakes? Or do you ever get used to reading about the mighty miracles that God does in the lives of people in the Bible, and see it as basic?

If the answer to the above questions is "Yes"; one way to help change that mindset is by putting yourself in the shoes/ position of the Bible characters. This can be done by asking the Holy Spirit to reveal the important things that you need to learn from the stories, it would allow your perspective to change which in turn would cause your faith and devotion to God to increase.
