*TRIGGER WARNING* This episode discusses miscarriage and high-risk pregnancy. If you are sensitive to the subject, please proceed with caution.*
Today we are re-airing an interview originally shared on February 26, 2020. This is one of my favorite stories and it still brings tears to my eyes.
Dr. Ashurina Ream is a licensed psychologist and certified perinatal mental health care provider. You might know her as Psyched Mommy on her socials.
In today's episode, Dr. Ashurina will be sharing a very personal story about her experience with pregnancy, miscarriage, high-risk pregnancy, and ultimately having her son.
I have so much I can say about the strength this woman carries, but without saying too much more, I want you to see for yourself. What happens is truly a miracle.
Here's what you'll find in this episode:
> Dr. Ashurina's fertility journey including miscarriage, high-risk pregnancy, and birth
> Effects of high-risk pregnancy
> How to push through challenges
> Using mantras for struggle
> Advice for moms going through loss or struggling with fertility
