When you meet Matt Davidson a few things stand out. There's his black curls, his trademark goatee but then there's something else.....his relaxed nature and genuine interest in others. It is no coincidence he is considered one of the best Intensive Care Helicopter Paramedics in Victoria's history. Matt has been kind enough to share how he navigated through some of the most horrific scenes with minimal fuss and genuine support and compassion for those involved.
