It seems like life is full of making decisions. Fortunately, the fate of the world and my life does not rest in my hands, praise God! However, in making choices, He has been teaching me a lot about what it looks like to have faith, rather than fear. What would it look like for me to be present and take a step, rather than get stuck in the unknown of the future? There’s a reason He doesn’t just lay it all out for me: He wants me to keep returning to Him and depending on Him daily. In grappling with options, He invites me into deeper relationship with Him so I can become more Christlike. Let’s explore a deep dive I took on the psychology of decision making, the ways I see myself in Peter, & the hope of the Easter story.
