If the phrase, “Saying ‘Yes’ to anything means saying ‘No’ to something or someone else,” is true, where have you said “Yes” to some activity that you now regret? What do you now see that got squeezed out because you said “Yes”? For example:  exercise, time with Jesus, time with your family??
