But an investigation by The Washington Post adds new evidence to allegations that India is trying to murder some of its critics, even on American soil. Three-year-old Julia suffers from alternating hemiplegia, or AHC, an extremely rare neurological disorder that causes muscle stiffness, seizures and paralysis.
