Lisa Chaudion, executive director of the Indiana FFA Foundation, explains how a $400,000 grant from Lilly Endowment will be used to create a three-year Learn-Lead-Succeed project for underserved students in central Indiana. Students will develop their leadership and employability skills by participating in a Leadership Center Challenge Course at the Indiana FFA Leadership Center.
