As part of his 2020 'Closing the Gap' speech, Prime Minister Scott Morrison detailed the control the government has had over the lives of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.   The Drum reporter Stephanie Boltje visited the former Queensland mission and settlement of Cherbourg.
