Saturday Sips is an extension of the Podcast Five Minute Fridays, A podcast where I, a current doctorate student at the University of Memphis pursuing a degree in Education Policy talk about  an educated related topic for 5 minutes.  On Saturday sips I hope to balance the academic and scripted format of Five Minute Fridays with an interview structured podcast that platforms people’s experiential knowledge.

On this months Episode I have Becca Niiha share the impact of a history filled with colonization on public education for Indigenous people, as well as the hope and healing she has seen working in New Mexico.
