This week C.J. and Kent discuss a new challenge to Act 10, attempts to obtain the disciplinary records of police officers in our state, and a UW regent appointed by Scott Walker overstaying his term in office. For the main topic they discuss more newspaper articles from Wisconsin in the 1830s, which can help us further understand the mindset they applied to the removal of indigenous peoples. Moreover, through an analysis of these articles we can see first hand the racist ideology that underscores their actions.
