This week we welcome Dr. Janice Forsyth, associate professor in sociology and the Director of Indigenous Studies at Western University. She has worked for over 20 years using sociological concepts to look at Indigenous sport in Canada. Her insight into the experiences of Indigenous athletes, whitestream sport, and how organizations and government have taken a step back in their progress to improve Indigenous sport, brings a necessary and honest discussion to the podcast.
