There is a phantom, alien or maybe just a legend about a man found in West Virginia that perpetually smiles. You might be wondering what that means, basically when this being is seen all you see is a man that has this wide smile stuck on his face. He was only seen two times in the 1960’s and has been associated with the Mothman (who P.S. has his own episode).
