Industrial chocolate and craft chocolates differ mainly in the presence of natural flavours and antioxidants. Craft chocolate taste entirely different. Also as there is a direct interaction between cacao farmers and chocolate makers, there is always a chance of feedback and tasting experience for farmers from the chocolate makers.
