On this episode, we are joined by Dr Michael Steinhenz. Michael is the assistant professor of Beef Production Medicine in the Department of Clinical Sciences at Kansas State University. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture, and is a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine and he currently teaches CS 713 Production Medicine at the renowned Kansas State University.
