Chase Hudson is a Co-Founder & Managing Partner of Parkwest Real Estate and oversees the firm’s commercial platform. Prior to forming Parkwest in 2022, Chase worked as a Vice President with Dakota Pacific Real Estate, a regional developer based in Salt Lake City. While with Dakota Pacific, he managed over 900K square feet of operating assets and was involved in the development, capital raising, and execution of over 1M square feet of commercial real estate, totaling $200M in total capitalization.
