“Oftentimes we try to solve problems that are really urgent by adding layers of complexity — more process, more steps,” says Sunny Han, CEO and founder of Fulcrum. “But really, the answer is the opposite — to go simpler.” Thrown into flux by recent COVID-19 related supply chain disruptions, the manufacturing industry feels even more complex and unpredictable than usual. “Those that are able to handle that chaos better are going to come out on top,” explains Han.
