Carbon capture storage, or CCS, captures and stores emissions underground. It’s an energy-intensive short-term remedy. Oil & gas, neoliberal allies and the B.C. government are content with it despite its potential impacts on Treaty 8 First Nations. Donald Gutstein writes.
