Iran says its delegation will participate in the peace talks in Islamabad only if Israel stops the attacks on Lebanon. The Deputy Foreign Minister said that the Iranians refrained from retaliation last night after the Americans demanded that Israel halt the strikes. Eric Swalwell denies accusations of inappropriate behavior with staffers, blaming "MAGA Conspiracies". The attacker of Iryna Zarutska has been found incompetent to stand trial, due to "insanity".
