A former state trooper comes home from basketball practice one September night and finds his whole family --- a wife and two kids --- slaughtered in his garage. Rather than showing interest in who's really responsible, the former employees seem to believe that he was the perpetrator behind all of this. He was even convicted, acquitted, and re-tried three separate times to show for it. The worst part of it all: he's almost one-hundred percent confident that he knows exactly who did it, yet the police are adamant about blaming him.
