We hear the tale time and time again: a child star in the lights and cameras of Hollywood. Many of these children, through obtaining the wrong connections, lose themselves in this chaos and become notable drug addicts, have violent mental breakdowns, and act erratically. How often do we hear the tale, however, of a child star murdered by their own flesh and blood? They say “blood runs thicker than water”, which makes this case even more heartbreaking. Today, I take Kay and the rest of you through a tale of one girl who achieved what she was made to do, but was abruptly taken from that dream at just 10-years-old.
