Too often we see negative behavior from parents on the sidelines, and the three talk about strategies to encourage positive behavior instead. Dakota is the Teams Director at Steel United Pennsylvania, Steel Sports' largest soccer region, and she has a wealth of experience building a positive club culture that starts with the families.
