Eduardo Garcia is a chef, outdoor enthusiast, storyteller, and survivor. Garcia was shocked with 2400 volts of electricity when he touched a dead bear in the mountains near his childhood home in Paradise Valley, Montana. He lost his left arm, several ribs and nearly his life. Before his near-death experience, Garcia traveled all over the world on several yachts throughout his career, started his own sauce and spice brand Montana Mex, and is now the star of a new show on Magnolia Networks, Big Sky Kitchen.
