Tempted to be someone your not? Often we can feel like who we  are isn't what is expected or wanted by others and can leave us feeling like we need to change who we are. Or perhaps we feel the need to compromise to fit in and be liked, or we feel the need to earn the respect of others by acting a certain way or that we have to prove ourselves to earn our place. All of these pressures mount up and where does it leave us?

This week on the Diamonds Girlcast Bridget and Chloe unpack some of these leadership challenges and think about the importance of building our character on who God says we are and not on others expectations, opinions or views.
