How we treat others defines our influence and leadership. This week on the Diamonds Girlcast Bridget and Chloe are thinking more about what it means to lead and influence like Jesus. Jesus famously came not to be served but to serve others. This challenges our view of influence and leadership which so often focuses on ourselves and not the needs of others.

So how do we lead and influence where we put the needs others before our own without compromising ourselves? How do we love well? Serve well and still be true to who God has called us to be? Leadership and service often don't go hand in hand but if we want to lead like Jesus then we need to see how he acted towards others.
