Pastor Marron Thomas of the Innovation Church in Memphis gives details about the IGNITE Conference designed for pastors, church planters, youth leaders, and church leaders. Through his past 22 years of challenging and training youth, who are mostly poor, neglected and under-served throughout the city; Pastor Thomas has witnessed a transformation through Jesus Christ, providing these youth with hope. This hope has ignited these youth to dream the impossible and prepare for the future by getting an education and following a career path that can give back to their community. Out of this work Innovation Church was started.
