2018 has been a busy year for Information governance professionals. The build up and assessment for GDPR has kept most companies busy. 

 

The price to meet GDPR and the provisions of the Data Protection Act  has the potential to be seen as either a cost or an investment. The ability to understand what data is held and the risks asssociated with it provides a platform for harnessing the data to share and create new business opportunities.
