The NEX-FS700U is a high speed camera with a 4K sensor. It does 960fps at it's lowest resolution and 240fps at full HD resolution. Sony's 4K recorder is still under development so the camera can't record at 4K just yet. The 35mm sensor PMW-F3 camera has a new recorder the SR1.
