Melissa Paris is a New York City based NASM Certified Personal Trainer with a passion for health and fitness and a specialization in pre and post natal training! Melissa has a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Montclair State University. She is also StrongFirst Kettlebell and Bodyweight Certified and is working towards her Iron Maiden! Melissa is the founder of The Fit Fourth, an online training system for pre/post pregnancy. On top of all of these accolades, she is also a mother of 2 boys! 🤰👶
