New Ampere architecture and A100 GPU

Launched on May 14 with a keynote from CEO Jensen Huang, GTC 2020 has its own website that features "hundreds of sessions on dozens of hot topics".

Software announcements

On the data science from, Ampere is complemented by NVIDIA's software products; the Jarvis platform for conversational AI and other real-time applications and Merlin for recommendation engines. Then there's the Omniverse platform, which allows users working on the same 3D visualisation project to collaborate remotely using different systems or tools.
