Ingalls Shipbuilding’s Hispanic Outreach and Leadership Alliance (HOLA) employee resource group recognizes the significance of Hispanic and Latino Americans to the United States and to our workforce. Celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month, HOLA hosted guest speaker Dr. Javier Gerardo Gómez Cruz, Spanish and Japanese instructor at Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College. Dr. Gómez Cruz shares his story of learning new cultures and languages with HOLA host Rob Santos.
