Along the path of freedom and awakening, we gradually come into deeper and deeper realizations and discernment that we need to say YES. Yes to ourselves, yes to love, yes to growing, unfolding, and expanding.
However, saying yes to something inherently means that we are saying no to something else. While we are saying Yes to ourselves and our unfolding, we are simultaneously saying no to that which is not in alignment with that.
While saying yes to expansion, we are at the same time saying no to that which does not serve or support this expansion.
This sometimes gives rise to challenges as it means that we, from time to time, are faced with having to make choices, choices that are sometimes very difficult to make.
I invite you to join me as we move into a deep exploration of what it actually means to say YES to ourselves and our unfolding.
