When a person thinks about joint disorders they might not realize that some causes of joint deterioration and deformity can be caused by a disease state that also can affect internal organs. Connective Tissue is throughout our body and if the ligaments, tendons, bones and cartilage are affected by a disease process. Nearly every connective tissue disease has joint pain and swelling as primary symptoms.
