The first book I read in 2021 was Mark Wolynn’s IT DIDN’T START WITH YOU: How Inherited Family Trauma Shapes Who We Are and How to End the Cycle.  It was an eye opening read that brought so much clarity and great conversation to my life.  I was honored to have Mark on the podcast to discuss the topic further with me.
