Have you been told that you will be promoted while performing the duties of the vacant position to later find out that they selected someone else for the job? This injustice happens to White and Non-White workers. Is school your workplace and you feel embarrassed for being Brown skin in a school that is mostly Non-Black and made to feel ashamed of the texture of your hair and the brown color of your skin?
