I am Lindsay. A 30 something therapist and mom of three living in Utah. When I’m not working with children and their parents in therapy, or recording my podcast you can find me hanging out at home with my family. I enjoy diet coke, binge watching shows, and true crime podcasts. I have a mild Post Malone obsession and my love language is memes and Spotify songs. My mission is to fight perfection culture in motherhood.
