In this episode, Keith and Julie discuss living in the era of 'fake news,' and how hard it can be to slice through the spin, distortion and outright lies. But what if a more dangerous kind of fake news is going on inside our own head: the constant stories that play on the movie screens of our mind, describing versions of ourselves, others and the world that aren't always accurate?
It's natural to tell ourselves that we're okay, that we're right and others are wrong, but the TRUTH is, if we want to be spiritual beings, we've got to objectively examine ourselves - our motives, intentions and pain stories - and hold ourselves to a higher standard. Specifically, to a Divine standard. Only then can we address fake news at its source.
