We had our first more direct conversation about DID and our newly understood system in our therapy session today. Overall good and welcoming. We managed to feel comfortable enough to introduce the three alters who have come to light and some of the personal growth we made so far. Also touched on the idea of vastly different alters or similar ones as mentioned in The Entropy System YouTube video “The Fake System Dilemma”.
